Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services charged at your next appointment.

We have an automated confirmation system that will send you a reminder message three days prior to your appointment. You do not need to confirm your appointment although if you do need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
