Cancellation Policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us, and we understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice. In this case, your deposit will be held and can be used to re-book another appointment at a later date.

Please note that missed appointments, or cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, will result in your deposit being forfeited.
