Terms & Conditions
- Your tier status is based on your total salon spend over a rolling 12-month period, starting from your first eligible booking.
- You'll automatically move up to the next tier once your spend reaches the required level.
- Tier benefits stay active for 12 months from the date you reach each tier.
- Benefits are valid only during your active tier period and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or combined with other offers.
- Complimentary treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
- Gift cards and selected promotional bookings may not count toward tier spend.
- We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end the loyalty program or its benefits at any time, without notice.
